Chi’Livin’s role in this ambitious project was to integrate our core principles of harmony, balance, and nature into every facet of the design. Our mission was to create a sanctuary that not only meets the functional needs of a hospital but also serves as a place of solace and rejuvenation for patients, visitors, and staff. Inspired by Noah’s Ark and the lush Hanging Gardens of Babylon, we sought to blend strength and tranquility into a single cohesive environment.

The legendary Noah’s Ark, a symbol of resilience and hope, guided our design to embody strength and protection. Noah’s Ark, with its robust and imposing structure, was crafted to withstand the elements, and this spirit of endurance is reflected in the sturdy construction of The Healing Ark. However, we did not stop at resilience. We also drew from the ancient wonder of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. These lush, verdant gardens represented royal love and ingenuity, offering a refreshing and tranquil environment that promotes healing. Our suspended gardens within the hospital mirror this ingenuity, providing a calming influence and enhancing the therapeutic environment.

Our design philosophy is rooted in the belief that architecture should transcend mere functionality to become a living poetry, a solemn commitment to life and our planet. In The Healing Ark, this philosophy is manifested through the harmonious blend of concrete’s robustness and nature’s soothing presence. Imagine walking through gardens suspended in the air, where the whisper of the wind and the lush greenery provide a calming influence. These suspended gardens are designed to offer a peaceful retreat within the hospital, enhancing the therapeutic environment for patients and visitors alike.

Every space within The Healing Ark is meticulously designed to embody principles of protection, compassion, and holistic healing. From patient rooms to communal areas, each element is thoughtfully integrated to promote a sense of well-being and tranquility. The architecture combines the robustness inspired by Noah’s Ark with the elegance of the Hanging Gardens. While the use of concrete provides durability and safety, the incorporation of natural elements and elegant design touches creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
