Anafé Resort is our latest visionary project, aimed at transforming a historic building in Casablanca into a vibrant and luxurious tourist establishment. This project not only preserves the architectural and cultural heritage of the city but also provides a unique and memorable experience for visitors.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Our journey began with an old historical building, rich in character and history, which we meticulously preserved and repurposed as a hotel. The essence of Casablanca’s past is deeply embedded in this structure, reflecting the city’s storied history and architectural marvels.
The concept of Anafé Resort is to encapsulate the history of Casablanca within the hotel’s design. We drew inspiration from iconic monuments such as the Hassan II Mosque, integrating its architectural features into our design. This approach ensures that guests experience the rich cultural tapestry of Casablanca during their stay.
The Chi’Livin touch is evident throughout the resort, blending seamlessly with our core values of harmony, balance, and respect for heritage. Our design philosophy emphasizes the preservation of historical elements while incorporating modern amenities and sustainable practices. This approach not only honors the past but also aligns with our commitment to creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

In line with the principles of the Athens Charter, we ensured that the rehabilitation process preserved the historical integrity of the building while incorporating sustainable construction practices.
