Bureau CFC

Bureau CFC is conceived as a new vision of the contemporary workspace.

An office interior where functionality is not treated as a limitation, but as the foundation for a stronger architectural experience. The project rethinks the traditional office layout by introducing hierarchy, rhythm, material contrast and spatial storytelling.

From the entrance, the space creates a clear perception: professional, premium, structured and intentional. It is designed for users who want more than a workplace — they want an environment that reflects identity, ambition and focus.

Conceptual Overview

In a context where many office spaces are designed in a standard and purely functional way, Bureau CFC proposes a more architectural approach. The goal is to transform the workspace into a curated experience, where circulation, transparency, lighting and materiality work together to create a strong first impression.

The project is organized around a compact but highly strategic layout. The plan includes a main office, reception and waiting area, coworking zone, meeting room, kitchenette, WC and terrace. Each function is clearly positioned, allowing the space to remain efficient while still feeling premium and visually controlled.

The entrance is designed as a key moment. Instead of opening directly into a neutral workspace, it creates a staged arrival sequence. Glass partitions, dark metal lines, textured walls and controlled lighting give the space depth and identity from the first step.

The material palette reinforces the professional atmosphere: concrete-effect surfaces, dark wood, black metal details, glass partitions, linear lighting and selected burgundy accents. This contrast between raw textures and refined finishes gives the project a contemporary, masculine and premium character.

Transparency plays an important role in the concept. The use of glass allows the office to feel open and connected, while still maintaining functional separation between work zones. This creates a balance between privacy, collaboration and visual continuity.

The workspace itself is designed to support productivity without becoming cold. Wood surfaces, greenery, soft lighting and curated wall graphics bring warmth and motivation into the environment. The result is a workplace that feels focused, elegant and alive.

Bureau CFC is not just an office arrangement. It is a spatial identity system — a compact professional environment designed to communicate credibility, ambition and modern work culture.

Chi’Livin is more than just an architecture and interior design agency. We embody a lifestyle, an identity, a personality.
